IN THE ROOM #9 – Say It to Them (no matter how difficult)

High-performing teams don’t talk about each other. They talk to each other.

I often hear this from managers:
“I know I need to have the conversation… I’m just not sure how.”

Silence feels safe.
It’s rarely productive.

Avoiding difficult conversations doesn’t remove the tension.
It lets it grow.

Clarity usually sits on the other side of one honest conversation.

What needs to be said directly?
