Busy teams aren't always energised teams.

There's a version of productivity that looks like performance but feels like depletion. People are moving, hitting deadlines, clearing inboxes — and quietly running on empty.

Sustained energy doesn't come from workload. It comes from clarity — about why the work matters, where the team is headed, and whether effort is connected to something worth the cost.

Without that, busyness becomes the goal. And busyness alone doesn't build anything.
