Just 38% of people in a study by Gallup reported they had exercised or had a lot of activity in the past day.

People who exercise at least two days a week are happier and have significantly less stress.

A recent experiment revealed that just 20 minutes of exercise could improve our mood for several hours after we finish working out.

And Being too tired is no excuse. A deep analysis of over 70 trials found exercising is much more effective at reducing fatigue than prescription drugs.

So, why do people exercise regularly?

A major reason is that it makes them feel better about themselves.

They feel better about their appearance and therefore boost their self-confidence.

In fact, if you exercise today you are more than twice as likely to feel physically attractive tomorrow.

  • You just need to get moving

  • Maybe you need an accountability partner. 

Research also shows that people are over 40% more likely to exercise when they have someone waiting for them.
